Do you need Commited Regular Hours of on-site Support? No, but may request on-site support at £45 per hour. I require 4 hours of on-site support per month, but may request additional support at £40 per hour I require 8 hours of on-site support per month, but may request additional support at £35 per hour I require 16 hours of on-site support per month, but may request additional support at £30 per hour

Note: We offer a 20% discount for 24-month contracts. A systems healthcheck and audit is carried out before commencement of a support contract. Some recommendations may first need to be fulfilled.
