| Once you sign on for the service, our installers will come and install a kitchen printer which connects to our infrastructure over a dedicated broadband line. Our web support team will setup a web interface for your customers to order from. From then on, it's simple. |
| When your customer has chosen his items, and made his credit or debit card payment, the data is passed through our webservers and comes out into your kitchen printer. The printout includes the delivery / collection information relevant to the order along with any special instructions that the customer may have added. We then pass the payment to you having deducted a 10% handling fee. |
| Our infrastructure is actively monitored from within out Network operations centre, and staff are available to answer phone calls in the event of any issues arising. |
